Who Is Amber?
Amber. A product designer, based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. With her own view on daily life, which is also reflected in her work. She works from her senses, this is something that happens naturally and by feeling. The designer mainly visualises the train of thought and emotional state of herself and her own generation. This starts with analogue work that continues in something digital by means of a scanner. By combining these two opposing poles in her work and converting them into another material, she creates layers and a concept emerges.
By using this combo and recognisable scenarios that are open to multiple interpretations, viewers can see more truths than their own. In this way, she tries to take her viewers into her point of view in life.
